Riga – what to do during a nuclear attack?
Thursday, March 8th, 2007The interior of the place where I’m staying is made of found old soviet materials. Old posters which explain the procedure of what to do – and obviously what you shouldn’t do – during a nuclear attack. The European procedure of preparing their citizens for such a attach are hilarious and since I’m unable to read Russian, I can only imagine the Soviet equivalent.
